كيفية إستعادة حساب Hotmail بعد سرقته او فقدانه

الموضوع يعنى الأشخاص الذين تعرضت حساباتهم للسرقة او لنسيان كلمات المرور وأسئلة السر وفقدوا كل طريقه معروفة لأستعادى هذه الحسابات , يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية مع التنبيه بعدم استخدام هذه الطريقة للإستيلاء على حسابات الغير اذا أمكنهم ذلك :

1- هل تم إيقاف حسابك ام  ان هناك خطأ باسم المتخدم وكلمة المرور اذا كان حسابك تم اغلاقه Blocked اذهب الى هذه الصفحة

2- اما اذا كان الحساب يعمل لكن هناك مشكلة فى عملية الدخول نتيجة لفقدان او عدم عمل كلمة المرور اذهب الى هذا الرابط

اختر من الإجراءات مايناسبك وسيتم سؤالك عن بريد الكترونى اخر ليتم ارسال تفاصيل الدخول اليه

3- سيتم ارسال التفاصيل التاليه اليك لتجاوب على معظمها (ليس بالضرورة ان تكون كل الإجابات صحيحة)

3. Your date of birth (month/date/year)
4. Your country
5. Your state (if applicable)
6. Your postal code

8. The answer to your secret question
9. The “alternate e-mail address” that is on file for the account

11. The last date and time when you successfully signed in

16. Your Windows Live Messenger nickname (display name)

بعدها سيتم ارسال رابط للبريد الذى قمت ادخاله فى احدى الخطوات السابقة  وبالضغط على الرابط ستعطى امكانية ادخال كلمة مرور جديده
